Fourteen passengers fit properly in our Toyota Hiace Commuter Decontent 2026, but luggage is the real constraint. At exactly 14 people, every seat is occupied, so large check-in bags have limited space. At 12 or 13 passengers, the spare seats absorb luggage and the ride is much more comfortable, especially on long provincial routes. Tell us both your headcount and your luggage load when you inquire so we can tell you honestly whether one van works or whether you should split across two.

On a standard full day rental, fuel and tolls are already inside the quoted price. You approve one number and settle that number, with no diesel top-ups or toll receipts at the end of the day. The one exception is our van plus driver only format, where you deliberately take fuel and toll costs into your own hands at a flat daily rate for the van and driver, which some corporate accounts prefer so the fuel receipts go directly into their own expense system.

A full day is a 10 hour window counted from your actual pickup time, not from when the van leaves our side. So a 6am pickup runs to 4pm and an 8am pickup runs to 6pm. If your itinerary looks likely to overshoot that window, say so when you request the quote and we will price the longer schedule upfront. If the trip runs over on the day itself, the driver will flag the adjustment before it happens rather than surprising you with it at drop-off.

Yes. NAIA arrivals and departures are a standing route in both directions, and Metro Manila plus Rizal is our primary coverage area. Beyond that we run 14 seater bookings to Tagaytay, Batangas, Pampanga, Baguio, La Union and other provincial Luzon destinations. One-way hatid sundo trips inside NCR and Rizal are charged at half rate. One-way trips outside that area consume the full day, so they are quoted as a full day rental. Give us the destination and overnight plan when you inquire.

Yes to both. We accept cash, bank transfer, and Visa or Mastercard through a card terminal the driver carries, so a company card can be settled on the spot rather than requiring an advance transfer. For documentation, we issue a Service Invoice under a registered non-VAT BIR registration for IT services, which covers most reimbursement processes. A Lakbaya-branded BIR receipt is in process. If your finance team needs something specific, raise it at booking so we can confirm what we can supply before the trip.

Fifteen or sixteen passengers is possible using a fabricated seat, but comfort drops noticeably and luggage space shrinks, so we only suggest it for short city hops rather than a long provincial run. At 17 passengers and above we split the group across multiple vans instead of overloading one. We broker the additional units and you deal with one coordinator and one balance payment rather than chasing several separate operators, which is how most wedding entourages and corporate outings end up booking with us.
