Payment is handled end to end in either card or cash. The driver carries a card terminal, which means a settlement on the day does not require anyone to run to an ATM in barong or find a working machine near the venue. That single detail solves a recurring wedding-day problem, because the balance often gets settled by whoever is nearest to the van rather than by the couple. If you need documentation, a Service Invoice is available under the owner’s registered IT Services BIR registration, which is non-VAT. A Lakbaya-branded BIR receipt is currently in process. On the day itself, you are dealing with one driver per van who knows the agreed route and venues in advance. Route changes on the fly are normal at weddings, so give the driver the coordinator’s number, not just the couple’s.
