A full day rental is a 10-hour window with the van and driver at your disposal. If you only need a one way transfer, our hatid-sundo option is charged at half rate within Metro Manila and Rizal. One way trips with a destination outside NCR and Rizal are billed as a full day, since the van and driver are committed to your route for the day. Yes to both. Card and cash are accepted end to end, and the driver carries a card terminal, so the balance can be settled on the day of the trip. For company bookings, a Service Invoice can be issued under the owner's registered IT Services BIR registration, which is non-VAT. A Lakbaya branded BIR receipt is currently in process. If your finance team has a specific documentation requirement, raise it when you inquire so we can confirm what we can issue before you book.
